From what I understand, my old Barrio brothers and sisters used to tell me it means "heavy blood"--meaning that one is stuck up---having a stick up their you know what; a nose in the air---meaning they think of themselves as being better than anyone else. In MMORPG circles,(i.e. WoW)saliently, it is the equivalent to being a 'noob'.I had someone call me a pinche chango in game a few minutes ago, so I kindly reminded that indiviual that he was such, but in the true Castillian stylistics in reply. Nonetheless, it proved effective.
